Spiraled Clay

 They are rhythmic in nature
Sweet spirals that dance in circles of pulled clay
Loops of fluid forms
Centred and calmed by outstretched motions
Twist and squeeze,
Stern tendons in contact with slip covered earth,
Press and push,
The clay resonates in the form it finds natural
The helix bends of thrown clay forms
The curved twists of outstretched silica
The potters favourite form,
Spiralled clay

Eyes on the back

To feel the eyes on the back of our heads To feel the presence of how others imagine us To not stay in sight of a present moment But to rift...
